Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern Your use of the HIZKO platform ("Platform") operated by HIZKO ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By submitting a join request or using the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

HIZKO is a multi-module business record system that provides dedicated tools for various industries including pharmacy management, coaching institutes, construction sites, retail stores, event management, and legal services. Each business gets a separate, isolated workspace (tenant) with its own data.

2. Account Registration & Access

To use the Platform, You must submit a join request providing Your business name, phone number, and preferred service module. Our team will review Your request, contact You to verify details, and provision Your account.

Upon approval, You will receive:

• A unique Service Code identifying Your module
• Login credentials (phone number + password)

You are responsible for keeping Your Service Code and password confidential. Any activity under Your account is Your responsibility. Notify Us immediately if You suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Attempt to access another user's data or tenant workspace
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Misrepresent Your identity or business information
• Use the Platform to store or transmit content that violates any applicable law

4. Data Ownership & Tenant Isolation

All business data You enter into the Platform (medicines, sales, invoices, records, etc.) belongs to You. Each tenant's data is strictly isolated — no other tenant or user can access Your data.

We do not claim ownership of Your business data. However, We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement purposes.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to factors beyond Our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify You of planned maintenance.

6. Subscription & Payments

Access to the Platform may be subject to subscription plans. Your subscription period and terms will be communicated during account provisioning. If Your subscription expires, Your account may be deactivated, but Your data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow renewal.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your account if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable law
• Your subscription has expired and not been renewed
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We receive a valid legal request requiring such action

You may request account deletion by contacting Us. Upon deletion, Your data will be permanently removed after a retention period of 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Your use of the Platform
• We are not responsible for data loss due to factors beyond Our reasonable control
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, code, branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by HIZKO. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for Your business operations during Your active subscription.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
